Bad bacteria are being shown to increase in number and give off nasty by-products, PAMPS (pathogen-associated molecular patterns); once food is prepared. Eating a low PAMP diet for just 1 week was shown to reduce “bad” LDL cholesterol, and WBC’s (infection fighting cells) -see linked article below
I’m wondering if the food industry will want to take every nutrient out and mix it with some antibacterial agent, reshaping it into a clean nugget/veggie/bean shaped, artificially -real-nutritious-“food”.
First they tell us we need whole foods, now they have to be freshly prepared.
I say “it’s time to get my apron on”, because as my wife frequently reminds me, my mother doesn’t live here!
