4/365 Heavy Metals-Losing my mind not only my hearing
Brain accumulation of toxic heavy metals such as lead, Mercury and Cadmium are being associated as risk factors for developing Alzheimer’s Disease (in A.D. subtype 3 of the Bredesen Protocol)
From Dr. Greger’s linked video, the above listed metals are found in our food supply.
Cadmium is shown to be at twice the level in conventionally grown crops vs. organically grown ones. This is thought to be from the traditional phosphate fertilizers used.
My take is:
-Even though one cannot assume organically grown crops are more nutritious than conventionally grown ones.
-Conventionally grown vegetables are better than NO vegetables.
-Organically grown foods are safer than conventionally grown ones. Properly homegrown organic crops have less toxic input unknowns than store bought organic.
Working the soil properly, by nurturing diverse microbiomes and soil minerals WILL make the crops grown more nutrient dense.
Consider starting an organic garden next season, your body will appreciate the peaceful sound and resultant efforts spent with nature.
Working on my continuous, healthy, nutrient dense source of inputs.
